Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS7B mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LGALS7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASD2, RANGAP1, and CTSZ. Each is linked with LGALS7B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS7B-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS7B results are reported.
