LGALS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, EGFR_pY1068, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with LGALS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS4-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by LGALS4-low versus LGALS4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
