LGALS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,015 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGK2, TMEM45B, and MYO15B. Each is linked with LGALS4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS4-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGALS4 versus SGK2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
