LGALS16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS16 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells, CD8+ Tcm, and Macrophages. Each is linked with LGALS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS16-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NK cells grouped by LGALS16-low versus LGALS16-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
