Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LGALS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOLH1, DYNC2H1, and SLC12A4. Each is linked with LGALS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS16-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOLH1 grouped by LGALS16-low versus LGALS16-high in LUNG_SCLC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
