LGALS12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,894 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAB1, EHD2, and APOBR. Each is linked with LGALS12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS12-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGALS12 versus STAB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
