LGALS12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,721 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1I, DHRS2, and LPIN2. Each is linked with LGALS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS12-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LGALS12 versus CACNA1I in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
