Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LGALS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6894, MIR6882, and SAR1B. Each is linked with LGALS12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS12-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6894 grouped by LGALS12-low versus LGALS12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
