LGALS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LGALS12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, PDK1, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with LGALS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS12-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by LGALS12-low versus LGALS12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LGALS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→LGALS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
