Across TCGA cell cohorts, LGALS12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,927 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LGALS12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of endosome organization, Hyaluronan catabolic process, and Positive regulation of sterol transport. Each is linked with LGALS12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LGALS12-to-partner and partner-to-LGALS12 results are reported.
