LEXM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEXM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEXM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UMPS, CDH1, and HK2. Each is linked with LEXM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEXM-to-partner and partner-to-LEXM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEXM versus UMPS in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEXM→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEXM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
