LEXM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LEXM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,892 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEXM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC22, TMPRSS13, and EPHB3. Each is linked with LEXM in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEXM-to-partner and partner-to-LEXM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEXM versus TTC22 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEXM→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEXM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
