LEPROT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEPROT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,859 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEPROT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPTN, WASHC5, and ATP5F1C. Each is linked with LEPROT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEPROT-to-partner and partner-to-LEPROT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEPROT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEPROT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
