LEMD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEMD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,467 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEMD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP153, DEK, and CMTR1. Each is linked with LEMD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LEMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEMD2 versus NUP153 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
