Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LELP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LELP1 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LELP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LELP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.
LUAD, STAD, and GBM are the cancer types where LELP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
