LELP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LELP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 234 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LELP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP3P2, MIR4643, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with LELP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LELP1-to-partner and partner-to-LELP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LELP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LELP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
