LELP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LELP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LELP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Melanocytes, Platelets, and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with LELP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LELP1-to-partner and partner-to-LELP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LELP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LELP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
