LELP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LELP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LELP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS15, TNXB, and CCDC168. Each is linked with LELP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LELP1-to-partner and partner-to-LELP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LELP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LELP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
