LEFTY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEFTY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,435 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEFTY2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, LMOD1, and SH3D19. Each is linked with LEFTY2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEFTY2-to-partner and partner-to-LEFTY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEFTY2 versus PPP1R12B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEFTY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEFTY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
