LEFTY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEFTY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEFTY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKAP2L, SHCBP1, and DEPDC1. Each is linked with LEFTY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEFTY1-to-partner and partner-to-LEFTY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKAP2L grouped by LEFTY1-low versus LEFTY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEFTY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEFTY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
