LDLRAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDLRAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,120 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDLRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAMP3, PPFIA4, and PBK. Each is linked with LDLRAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDLRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-LDLRAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDLRAP1 versus VAMP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDLRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDLRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
