LDLR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDLR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,538 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNK1A1, PDLIM5, and SLC35E1. Each is linked with LDLR in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDLR-to-partner and partner-to-LDLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDLR versus CSNK1A1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
