Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDLR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,594 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LDLR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FDFT1, MVD, and NSDHL. Each is linked with LDLR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDLR-to-partner and partner-to-LDLR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDLR versus FDFT1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
