LDLR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDLR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,467 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSMO1, SH2D3A, and TRIP10. Each is linked with LDLR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDLR-to-partner and partner-to-LDLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDLR versus MSMO1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
