LDLR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDLR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,852 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC25, TMEM269, and CERT1. Each is linked with LDLR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDLR-to-partner and partner-to-LDLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC25 grouped by LDLR-low versus LDLR-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
