LDLR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LDLR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA3DP, TMEM132D, and ADAM29. Each is linked with LDLR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDLR-to-partner and partner-to-LDLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOA3DP grouped by LDLR-low versus LDLR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
