LDHD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LDHD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDHD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, PRB4, and PRSS58. Each is linked with LDHD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDHD-to-partner and partner-to-LDHD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by LDHD-low versus LDHD-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDHD→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDHD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
