LDHC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LDHC mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are FZD4, RNF182, and CEP63. Each is linked with LDHC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDHC-to-partner and partner-to-LDHC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FZD4 grouped by LDHC-low versus LDHC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
