LDHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,802 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD126, RN7SL191P, and BCAR1P1. Each is linked with LDHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDHB-to-partner and partner-to-LDHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD126 grouped by LDHB-low versus LDHB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
