LDHAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDHAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,946 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDHAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LYST_S2105, ARHGEF6, and PTPN11_Y62. Each is linked with LDHAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDHAP2-to-partner and partner-to-LDHAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDHAP2 versus LYST_S2105 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDHAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDHAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
