Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LDHAL6EP RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LDHAL6EP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher LDHAL6EP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LDHAL6EP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and MESO show a favorable association.
THCA, UCEC, and KICH are the cancer types where LDHAL6EP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
