Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LDHAL6B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LDHAL6B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LDHAL6B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LDHAL6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LDHAL6B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
