Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,220 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LDB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASQ2, PDE2A, and ADH1B. Each is linked with LDB3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDB3-to-partner and partner-to-LDB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDB3 versus CASQ2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
