LDB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDB3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with LDB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDB3-to-partner and partner-to-LDB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by LDB3-low versus LDB3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
