LDB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LDB3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,381 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOX2, GRIN2B, and XDH. Each is linked with LDB3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDB3-to-partner and partner-to-LDB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACOX2 grouped by LDB3-low versus LDB3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
