LCORL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCORL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,739 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCORL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, HTT, and NELFA. Each is linked with LCORL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCORL-to-partner and partner-to-LCORL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCORL versus CTBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCORL→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCORL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
