LCORL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCORL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCORL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC21P, NPIPA2, and BTG3P1. Each is linked with LCORL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCORL-to-partner and partner-to-LCORL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC21P grouped by LCORL-low versus LCORL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCORL→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCORL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
