LCN6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 363 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-162P, TTTY7B, and RN7SKP19. Each is linked with LCN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN6-to-partner and partner-to-LCN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-162P grouped by LCN6-low versus LCN6-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
