Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCN1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,839 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LCN1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone methylation, Cerebellar cortex development, and Glucose metabolic process. Each is linked with LCN1P2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN1P2-to-partner and partner-to-LCN1P2 results are reported.
