Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCN1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LCN1P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher LCN1P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCN1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG show a favorable association.

TGCT, LIHC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LCN1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
