The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher LCN12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCN12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where LCN12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
