Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCN12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,691 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCN12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Sphingolipid translocation. Each is linked with LCN12 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN12-to-partner and partner-to-LCN12 results are reported.
