LCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 312 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K2, OR4K15, and FAM71B. Each is linked with LCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN1-to-partner and partner-to-LCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4K2 grouped by LCN1-low versus LCN1-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
