LCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Shc_pY317, Bcl-2, and MEK1_p_S217_S221. Each is linked with LCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN1-to-partner and partner-to-LCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Shc_pY317 grouped by LCN1-low versus LCN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
