LCMT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4764, RNU6-444P, and MBD3L5. Each is linked with LCMT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCMT2-to-partner and partner-to-LCMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4764 grouped by LCMT2-low versus LCMT2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
