LCLAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCLAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,640 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCLAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPY30, MAD2L1, and RFC2. Each is linked with LCLAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCLAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LCLAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCLAT1 versus DPY30 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCLAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCLAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
