LCE6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCE6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM51FP, RNF166, and GRIN2C. Each is linked with LCE6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE6A-to-partner and partner-to-LCE6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM51FP grouped by LCE6A-low versus LCE6A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
