LCE6A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCE6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCE6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC13C, XDH, and SON. Each is linked with LCE6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCE6A-to-partner and partner-to-LCE6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UNC13C grouped by LCE6A-low versus LCE6A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCE6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCE6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
