The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LCE5A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCE5A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LUAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where LCE5A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
