Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LCE3E Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LCE3E data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LCE3E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LCE3E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where LCE3E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
